Volunteer Programmes
At BFGGHANA, we believe that meaningful volunteer work creates lasting change
for both the volunteer and the communities we serve. Whether you are passionate about education,
healthcare, environmental conservation, engineering, sports, or women’s empowerment, we offer
opportunities that allow you to contribute your skills while gaining valuable cultural and
professional experience.
1. Education Programme (Teaching Assistant)
The Education Programme provides volunteers with the opportunity to support teaching and
learning in some of the community schools that BFGGHANA has constructed or renovated.
Volunteers work alongside local teachers, assisting in classrooms and helping to create an
engaging learning environment for pupils.
Teaching opportunities are available in:
- English Language
- Mathematics
- Science
- Creative Arts
Our Creative Arts programme extends beyond the classroom and encourages volunteers to engage
pupils through practical activities such as drawing, painting, music, drama, storytelling,
crafts, and other creative learning experiences that promote confidence, teamwork, and
self-expression.
This programme is ideal for volunteers with a passion for teaching, child development,
or education.
2. Structural Engineering Programme
The Structural Engineering Programme is designed for volunteers with backgrounds or interests
in construction, engineering, architecture, carpentry, or related fields.

access to quality education and essential public services.
Depending on the stage of a project, volunteers may assist with:
- School construction and renovation
- Community clinics
- Bridges

- Other infrastructure that strengthens rural communities
This programme offers practical experience while making a lasting impact on underserved
communities.
3. Health Awareness Programme

nursing, medicine, nutrition, social work, and related fields.
4. Afforestation Programme
Environmental sustainability is one of BFGGHANA’s long-term commitments to community

Football has the power to unite communities, inspire young people, and promote positive
social change. The Gomoa Soccer for Change Programme uses sport as a tool to mentor children
and young people while encouraging education, discipline, teamwork, and healthy lifestyles.

participate.
6. Women’s Empowerment Programme
The Women’s Empowerment Programme supports women and girls by creating opportunities for
economic independence, education, and personal development.
